The cape that covers the top of this dress is truly beautiful. Descending at an angle from the right elbow to the left wrist, it is widely slit on the arms. But what makes it beautiful are the large flowers in a watercolor style that Joseph Ribkoff added to his veil. In contrast, the fitted skirt is plain and opaque.
